Here’s the full statement, which Dotemu shared on Twitter. While it didn’t have an exact release window, it noted it could be a few days before people can buy the game. Dotemu issued a statement alerting people that it, Lizardcube, and Guard Crush Games are aware and working on a fix for the situation. X Nightmare DLC is available now, but a technical issue is preventing it from being able to be purchased on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
